TRAINING
Already many local people
and organisations have come forward to be trained up to be involved
both on air and behind the scenes in our previous broadcasts .
You don’t need any experience so if you fancy having a go We'll be running a full programme of training for existing and new volunteers during 2009. Training will be offered in the following areas:-
- How to conduct interviews on the radio
- A basic introduction to editing for radio
- Recording and editing a short feature for radio
- How to build a station not just a programme (essential for anyone wishing to present!)
- Using the studio for presenters
- How to prepare for broadcast for presenters
- Community radio for community groups - how it can benefit your cause
If you are interested in any of the above or other training opportunities click on the ' get involved 'link on this page and fill in the simple on line form and someone will contact you
Anyone wanting to find out more about being involved should contact
Helen Boggis at the Cana Centre, Penywaun on 01685 – 814645.
Dapper FM will be run by volunteers who will receive training to present
programmes and carry out a range of behind the scenes duties. We’ll
take some details from you and then introduce you to the team who will
be running Dapper FM and answer any questions you may have.
We'll give you some info and send you a form.
Alternatively simply send us an email with your name, what you
might be interested in or any questions you have.
