After Ten Years on air, Dapper FM is still on air and going strong.

However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have had to leave the Cana Centre, our home for the last ten years. Every cloud has a silver lining though, and we will be moving into a purpose built studio in the centre of Aberdare.

Those lovely people at Jacs Live Music Venue, have been kind enough to find us some space for us to set up a new studio. The new set up presents us with some exciting new opportunites. We are excited. You shuld be too.

What is Dapper FM when it is at home then?

Dapper FM is a community radio station based in  Aberdare, South Wales.

We are licensed to broadcast online 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We broadcast a range of music, features and community information from our studio based at the Cana Centre in Penywaun.

Because it is an internet based station, it can be listened to anywhere in the world with an internet connection. We regularly have listeners from all over the world tune in to our specialist shows.

Although we broadcast 24 hours a day, we only have real live human beings broadcasting live at specific times. The rest is the computer picking random tracks from our vast database of music. Obviously the live shows are the most interesting times to listen, so check out our schedule and presenter pages to see what tickles your sonic fancy
